FAQs

Can i come and view your stock?

You can come and have a look at a selection of display pallets in our Nottingham Warehouse, Please call us on 01159 259094 to book an appointment to come and view our pallets.

Can I collect the pallets that I purchase from your website?

When purchasing the pallets on our website then the only option is to have the pallets delivered as the website will automatically charge you for delivery. However you can purchase the pallets here at the warehouse and you are more than welcome to take the stock with you. We can help you load the pallets into you vehicle with a forklift. Or you are more than welcome like the majority of our customers to loose loads the goods into your vehicle. You can call us on 01159259094 to reserve a pallet and pay by cash or debit card.

I’ve forgotten my password. What do I do?

Don’t worry we know it is very easy to forget, it is very simple and easy to amend this. All you have to do is click on (forgotten password?) this text is displayed below the signing in box. The website will then automatically send you a new password to your email address.

If I purchase from your site, can my goods be delivered to a different address that is not my cards registered address?

If you buy any stock from our website using your card, then we can only deliver to the address that your bank card is registered to. We will not send the goods out if the address is incorrect, this is for security reasons.

In certain cases you can email us stating which pallets you wish to order, and inform us of the address you would like the goods to be delivered to. We shall then send you a pro-former invoice with our bank details attached so a bank transfer can be made; you then have 24hours to pay the total cost into our account.

I don’t like paying with my credit / debit card online, is your website secure?

Shopping is safe with save and drive because: all details are sent using a secure server software 128 bit secure socket layer (ssl) architecture (dependent on browser support), and are signed using Thawte digital certificates.

This means that the information sent is coded in such a way that in the extremely unlikely event someone is somehow able to obtain this information, only world pay can decode the information to obtain your details.

You can tell the payment is secure because the address in the address bar changes from being

http:// to

https://

You will also be able to see a padlock symbol or key in the bottom bar of your browser.

Once you make payment, the world pay system automatically does a verification check to ensure all your details match all the bank cards registered details. This is to protect ourselves and you from any fraudulent transactions.

What sized vehicle will deliver my pallet, and how do I unload it?

The vehicle will vary it will normally be an 18ton lorry.

Every delivery vehicle that delivers for MartHill is fitted with a tail lift and has a pump truck on board. The driver will lower your pallet to the floor for you.

Do you deliver to residential houses?

Yes we do. We deliver anywhere in the UK.

Do you have a catalogue I can buy from?

We dont have a catalogue but we do publish regular adverts throughout the year, look for them in our natioanal press and online.
